I recently stayed at the Marriott in Dallas for a week-long business trip. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. All the staff members, from reception to the bartender to the cleaning crew, were professional and courteous, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and enjoyable, and my room was spacious and spotless. The hotel's location in a safe area with easy access to major roads was a great bonus. The indoor swimming pool and gym facilities were also a plus. the Marriott provided excellent customer service and a comfortable experience.

The room was amazing! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were fantastic - I grabbed individually packaged oatmeal from the coffee stand and also bought a fresh fruit cup and yogurt/granola cup from the market place.

The only downside was the housekeeping staff and some of the check-in staff. The housekeeping staff would knock and if we didn't answer within two seconds, they would try to enter with their key.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient for me to travel to and from the airport. The room I stayed in had a corner balcony, which was a nice feature that allowed me to enjoy watching and hearing the planes landing and taking off. The decor of the room was modern and updated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. my stay at the hotel was pleasant and met my expectations.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport. The shuttle service provided was great for getting around the area. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a fitness room that was open 24 hours, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted.

One aspect that I didn't like was that my specific requests were not fulfilled upon check-in. I had requested a feather-free room, no connecting door, and a few items to be delivered pre-check-in, but none of these were done.

The bathroom was amazing and my son said the shower was "life-changing"! The shuttle service to the airport and free parking made our trip so much easier. The hotel could improve on the attention to detail during check-in and ensure that requests made online are delivered upon arrival.
