The room itself was cute, clean, and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to the market center.

Worst aspects of our stay were the slow response to a billing problem and the unexpected alarm and elevator malfunction. We experienced a billing issue where charges were placed on the wrong credit card and it took over a week to get a refund.

The recently renovated rooms at Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center are a game-changer. From the clean, modern furnishings to the comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, everything is top-notch. We especially appreciated the glass-enclosed walk-in showers and separate bedroom in our suite. And the free laundry machines were a nice bonus. Despite a few missed areas during renovation, this is definitely the best hotel option in the area. we highly recommend this hotel.
