Best aspects of our romantic escape were the friendly staff and the cozy, clean room. The staff was welcoming, truly helpful, and made us feel at home. The room itself was cute, clean, and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to the market center.

Worst aspects of our stay were the slow response to a billing problem and the unexpected alarm and elevator malfunction. We experienced a billing issue where charges were placed on the wrong credit card and it took over a week to get a refund.

I gotta say, the value for money was great. The room was beautiful and I felt so comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the Market Centre, and the staff treated me like royalty.

The recently renovated rooms at Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center are a game-changer. From the clean, modern furnishings to the comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, everything is top-notch. We especially appreciated the glass-enclosed walk-in showers and separate bedroom in our suite. And the free laundry machines were a nice bonus. Despite a few missed areas during renovation, this is definitely the best hotel option in the area. we highly recommend this hotel.
