Always stay here for city breaks. First visit, staff helped with insect bite. Everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Outdoor dining. Great amenities: Heated pool, Spa, Hiking, Yoga. No smoking, No pets. Perfect for me!.

We loved the cleanliness of the cabin, the fantastic hotel facilities, and the convenient location close to the river and downtown Guerneville. Parking was ample and the staff were welcoming.

During xmas, we found a cute card in our room to celebrate a birthday! the live music and clean room were great. Lovely grounds with corn hole and firepits offered a nice touch. We loved being close to the river and town. the little pastries in the morning made for a sweet breakfast on the patio!

We were disappointed to stay across the street in a cabin, having to cross without a crosswalk. the mid-week stay felt overpriced with limited amenities.

We loved staying here! The location is amazing! We were surrounded by the beauty of the Redwoods and the calming sounds of the river. The service housekeeping was so attentive and welcoming! We enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and happy hour. The room amenities were great, especially the ironing facilities and the heating. We had a lovely terrace with garden furniture. It was the perfect place to relax.

While staying at an upscale creekside cabin, I experienced the disappointment of having no internet during the stay. Additionally, the pool across the street was cold with no towels provided, making the experience less than ideal. Despite these issues, the cozy and well-appointed rooms with comfortable amenities made the stay enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its attractive facilities and convenient location.

I just had the most amazing stay at a charming rustic retreat nestled in the heart of nature. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and just a stone's throw away from a picturesque river. The room I stayed in was clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even left a thoughtful birthday card in my room. I enjoyed the various amenities on offer, such as cornhole and fire pits, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The morning treat of pastries and coffee on the patio was a delightful way to start the day.

I did notice that some areas of the retreat seemed a bit run down, which was a shame.

The villas offer great privacy. They are conveniently located close to downtown and have on-site agriculture for dining. The AC was a necessity in the hot weather. The breakfast was enjoyable and the redwood surroundings were beautiful. The cabins had outdoor tables for hanging out and breakfast. Everything was clean, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Had a great time during Xmas at a charming and cozy place with a complimentary bottle of wine and a breakfast basket provided by the management. the location was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants and just a short drive away from natural reserve featuring some stunning hikes. What we enjoyed most was that we were able to spend some quality time walking near a beautiful river.

The walls were thin, and our neighbors were loud during the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. some amenities were not available, like coffee makers and hair dryers, which could be an issue for some guests.
