During my four-night stay, I faced a significant issue with pests. We encountered several roaches in the room, which made our experience uncomfortable. Despite informing the management, the extermination efforts seemed inadequate, and the situation was disappointing.

stayed here for a few days and was truly shocked by the rudeness of the staff, who looked at me like I was a circus animal. also, discovering roaches in my room wasn’t part of my vacation agenda. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask. couldn’t wait to leave!

rooms have huge TVs, and the staff is very accommodating to guests. there are no bed bug covers on the mattresses, which is a bit concerning.
