We had a wonderful time here! The hotel was located in a great area by the convention center, with many shops and commercial services nearby. The staff was fantastic, always ready to help and provide excellent room service. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated the free shuttle service.

Located by the river and Lake Winnebago, this hotel is close to everything and offers a super clean environment. Away from the concert we attended, the hotel was also convenient to the nearby university. The room was comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities with a view of the river. The breakfast was well-prepared, and the staff was very helpful.

Rooms have convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. Enclosed walkway to conference rooms. Efficient evacuation procedure during an alarm. Lovely pool, restaurant, workout room, and decor. Close to UW Oshkosh. Comfy beds and polite staff. Good breakfast with a $10 coupon. Clean rooms with high-quality offerings. One of the better hotels in the area.

Great location, right next to the water and within walking distance of downtown establishments. the staff were excellent, providing professional service and making me feel welcome. the room itself was very clean and quiet, with plenty of space to relax. the wifi was also reliable and fast, which was a huge plus for me as I needed to work during my stay.

The parking structure and layout of the second floor can cause a backup of hotel guests, especially during busy times. It would be beneficial if there were clearer signage or alternative routes to help alleviate this issue.

We had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Premier for our conference. The facilities were impeccable, from the comfortable meeting rooms to the cozy sleeping rooms. The staff truly exceeded our expectations with their friendly and responsive service. We even had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The customer service was exceptional! We would highly recommend this venue for any conference and will definitely be using it again. a great job by all!

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and had a nice view of the water and the bridge. It was also a nice size, and we appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. The hotel facilities were great, especially the Ground Round restaurant with its outdoor patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening, watching the boats and lights. The hotel's shuttle service was very convenient, providing airport transportation and taking us to our client's facility. The staff, including the general manager and front desk staff, were friendly and professional. The hotel also made efforts to support "green" practices by providing recycling receptacles.

The Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center offers comfortable beds, thick towels, and clean rooms. The staff goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. Christy provides outstanding and welcoming service, Anna at the outside bar is a skilled mixologist, and Ashley in the restaurant is exceptionally friendly.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool/hot tub hours were convenient for adults. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The attached restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. The beds were comfortable and the view of Riverwalk Park was beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at a riverfront hotel recently. The room was a 2-room suite with a view of the river, and it was absolutely worth the price. We enjoyed a walk along the river and had a great time in the hotel's restaurant for happy hour. Even though there was a small unexpected incident that required everyone to evacuate, it turned out to be entertaining and didn't affect our overall experience. I will definitely be back!

Conveniently located near a park and the Fox River walk, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing. the complementary breakfast and hot chocolate offered during the season were an absolute delight. the hotel's prime location right on the river provided a stunning view that was a perfect backdrop for memorable family photos. the hotel's comfortable and ample in-room amenities made our stay just that much better.

The walk between the parking and hotel was a bit of a hassle, especially with all the Christmas packages we were carrying back and forth during the three-day stay. Unfortunately, one of the burgers we ordered was not cooked to our specifications which was a bummer but thankfully the other dishes we tried at the restaurant were delicious.

The front desk staff was accommodating when I requested a late check-out and my room had a beautiful view. The location was convenient for my event and in walking distance to everything. I would recommend this hotel.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was super comfortable and had an amazing view of the river. The location was perfect, right in downtown and close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I had a great stay. Definitely my top choice in town!
