The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fairly clean, the location was great, I liked that I could have my dog for a fee, the hot tub/pool was enjoyable, the grassy area was nice.

I loved the dog-friendly policy and grassy area. The hot tub/pool was great. Close to Glenwood and Colorado Mountain College. Friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the river outside. I was pleasantly surprised by the little kitchenette in the room, which had a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. It was perfect for storing leftovers and reheating them the next day. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I saw that they had all the basic options like waffles, cereal, bagels, and eggs.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the well-maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi. the staff was welcoming and friendly, providing a great check-in experience. the location by the river was a major highlight, offering a beautiful view of the river and mountains. Being close to Aspen and other attractions was a definite plus for exploring the area.

The coffee could have been better, and the towels provided were on the smaller side. However, considering the competitive price of the hotel, these were minor inconveniences that didn't greatly impact the overall experience.

The hotel had a great location, close to everything we needed during our Christmas stay. the amenities offered, such as the pool and continental breakfast, were a nice addition to our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms, although slightly outdated, were comfortable.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. We could hear our neighbors and doors slamming throughout the night, so earplugs would have been helpful.

The hotel was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was professional and friendly. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of different foods to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, as it was close to Aspen and Glenwood Springs, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful scenery of the Rockies.

The bottom floor rooms were damp and musty, causing allergies and headaches for some guests. However, the issue was quickly resolved by switching to a higher floor.

We stayed here while on vacation to ski Aspen's resorts and it was an easy commute at an affordable cost. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the Roaring Fork River. The location was also very close to our son, who lives in Carbondale.
