I recently stayed at this charming castle hotel for three nights. The unique building offered a different experience from other 4-star hotels. The rooms, stairs, and parking were all uniquely designed. In addition to the beautiful decor and stunning views of the Rhein, the hotel provided a free minibar restocked daily, a bottle of sherry also restocked daily, chocolates, and even ear plugs. The breakfast was great, and I especially enjoyed the open fire in the library. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, adding to the overall fantastic experience. The entire castle is a lovingly maintained UNESCO World Heritage Site, making it a truly special place to visit and stay.

We had an amazing experience staying at a castle on top of a hill, right at the wall. The view of the Rhine river and surrounding castles was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage up to the castle. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a unique bathroom hidden behind a bookcase door. The breakfast offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the mesmerizing view from the castle.

We did experience some noise from the nearby railroad during the night.

We had the most incredible experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, situated on top of a hill with breathtaking views that were simply superb. The rooms were slightly over the top, but in the best way possible, with elaborate and authentic decor that made us feel like we were staying in a medieval castle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when it came to our one-year-old. The hotel provided everything we needed for her, from a baby bed to her own high chair and even her own dishes and utensils for mealtime. The service, room amenities, and cleanliness were all top-notch, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The garden on the hillside was a beautiful feature, and we loved taking a leisurely stroll through it, exploring its hidden corners and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

This place is awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. From the stunning views to the superb service, everything exceeded our expectations.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream come true! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, which offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the castle's public rooms were filled with beautiful art and antiques, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented.

While there was very little we didn't like about this hotel, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. Upon arrival, the luggage service was not available as we arrived late.

The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the train station, making transportation very convenient.

Impeccable attention to detail - hidden TVs, correct lighting, stylish decor. Great rooms, service, food. Watchman's house: nice spot, great bed, spectacular bath. Beautifully decorated castle with superb gardens, unbelievable Rhine view. Excellent receptionist, great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful restaurant, authentic and delicious food. Free parking, convenient for travel by car. Worth staying for dining. Will definitely return!

Stunning property, felt like a fairytale! the royal treatment was a highlight of our visit to the Rhine River Valley. the medieval castle on a hill overlooking the Rhine with old school style everywhere was more than a little up-market. the open fire, little nooks and crannies, and passages added to the charming atmosphere. the private garden was a wonderful addition. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was more than good.
