Great value for the price - This hotel provides excellent value for money with its affordable rates and decent amenities. Attentive staff - The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Convenient location - Although not as close to the attractions area, the hotel's quieter location was a welcome respite. Still, it only took us around 10 to 12 minutes to reach Disney.

Although the rooms were clean, the sheets and blankets could have been of better quality. the outdated facilities were a bit of a disappointment, but they were still clean.

During our stay at Surestay Hotel By Best Western, we found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The hotel had a charming older style that had been tastefully renovated. It was conveniently located near Disney and other Orlando attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was adequate. Considering the location and amenities, the price of the hotel was a great value compared to other options in the area. We even discovered that our friends had rented 2-bedroom homes nearby for just slightly more than what we paid for our stay at Surestay Hotel By Best Western.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the grab and go breakfast, with a delicious Danish, apple, granola bar. The room was impeccably clean, and the carpet looked brand new. The A/C unit was surprisingly quiet, and having a microwave in the room was convenient. The staff were fantastic, especially Roger at the front desk, who was very attentive and made check-in quick and easy. The hotel also had a large parking lot, and the self-serving waffle machine at breakfast was a hit with my son.

Inconsistent Housekeeping and Some Unprofessional Staff. There were some issues with the housekeeping service during my stay.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Has 7eleven, dressing room, safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, small pool. Tasty breakfast waffles.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also clean and in good condition. The location was great, easily accessible and close to all the Disney attractions. It was in a very safe area and the staff was fabulous.

During our recent trip to the Disney World area, we stumbled upon a great hotel close to the amusement park. We were amazed by the clean and well-equipped rooms, including the well-kept bathroom. The service was fantastic, and the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the location made it easy to explore the Clermont area. We especially loved the king-size beds and affordable price, making our stay comfortable and cost-effective.

The hotel lacked a quiet atmosphere and often saw kids running around the corridors, creating a noisy environment.
