marriott in troy always exceeds expectations, but this time was beyond amazing. the staff went above and beyond, and the lobby, pool, bar, and restaurant were all amazing. customer service was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. loved the walk-in shower too!

heating/air conditioning didn't work

I recently stayed at the Detroit Marriott in Troy for a weekend getaway. The hotel's facilities were modern and well-maintained. I especially loved its convenient location, which was close to a variety of restaurants and the Somerset Mall. The lobby and hallways were spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The buffet offered a great selection of delicious food, and the staff, particularly desk clerk Jeffery, provided excellent service. The pool was a fantastic amenity, and I enjoyed a pleasant dinner during my stay.

The room size was nice and the employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel had a modern and beautiful decor, with a nice 52 inch TV on the wall. There were plenty of outlets to charge phones, which was convenient. The breakfast and the staff serving it were also great.

The shuttle service to and from Churchill's cigar bar is convenient. Drivers and front staff are friendly and professional. Location is perfect. Lobby, pool, bar, and restaurant are amazing. Staff goes above and beyond. Room is nice for a romantic setting. Television hookup is sufficient. Shower is clean, no mold. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant crew, especially Michelle, are respectful and nice.
