We had an amazing stay! The views from the rooms were breathtaking, especially overlooking the falls. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we loved the attention to detail in the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to activities like visiting local wineries and enjoying lunch at recommended restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a really run-down area, but to my surprise, the hotel itself was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the waterfall. The bathroom was luxurious with heated floors and upscale decor. The staff provided excellent service, although the receptionist could use some customer service training. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, such as a well-equipped exercise room and comfortable bedding.

The hotel experienced issues with the shower water on/off handle.

The location is also a major highlight, situated on the falls, with gorgeous views of the waterfall. It's just a short stroll away from the little downtown, where you can find some great restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent.

Gorgeous falls as a backdrop for our wedding, outstanding food, and attentive staff. Gina Hornbeck, the General Manager, ensured a flawless experience. We keep returning to Diamond Mills for its charming tavern, romantic dinners, and luxurious robes. This gem is worth every visit!

And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious and served with a smile.

Nothing to fault.

Spent this xmas in a hotel with stunning views of the falls which were beautifully lit at night. Enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker in the clean room which was tastefully decorated. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming giving us a warm feeling while checking in. Location wise, the hotel was surrounded by a tranquil and scenic environment making it ideal for relaxation.

This hotel does have its flaws. the exercise room was basic with only a spin bike and 2 treadmills, one of which didn't seem to work.
