we had a wonderful stay at the dollywood's dreammore. from the easy check-in to the excellent service and beautiful grounds, we felt pampered. the pool, hot tub, and on-site cafe were all fantastic. the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and taken care of. overall, a beautiful and convenient location for a relaxing getaway.

Overall, the most standout aspect of the hotel was the incredible staff, from the welcoming reception to the helpful individuals throughout the property. the family-friendly activities like evening s'mores, apple cider sessions, and story time made our stay truly memorable. the only downside was the occasional inconvenience of the room layout and amenities, which could be improved for better guest experience.

I had a blast at this spot; the vibes were just right. I spent my days getting my fitness on and enjoying fab family crafts. The spa treatments were top-notch - I felt like a new person! The New Year's Eve dinner was a hit, and the food.simply delish. The place was a color explosion, and the live music added to the fun. The pools were a hit too! Close to McGhee Tyson - a perf distance!

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the room was spacious and well-maintained. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the variety of dining options and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. the location, close to the trolley going to the theme park, was convenient for exploring the area.

The breakfast at the restaurant was not up to par. Some of the food items seemed stale, and there were delays in getting freshly cooked dishes.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY with a great view and enjoyable leisure facilities. Close to everything we love in Pigeon Forge. Definitely going back! the room was better than in photos.

The event space on the second level was filled with family fun. It felt like a lively carnival with colorful butterflies adorning the area. It was a delightful escape from the ordinary and made the stay truly magical.

Always choose the perfect spot for me. Wi-Fi, free parking, and helpful staff. First stay, staff helped with sim cards. Everything I need: 24/7 reception, pools, games, spa, and more. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Easter.

We had an amazing time at Dreammore! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed the live entertainment by Jada and Barry, and the ranger talk was interesting. The pool was delightful, and the trolley to Dollywood was convenient. The resort had activities that were fun for the kids. everything was well thought out and we loved the convenience and relaxation that Dreammore provided.

the resort exceeded our expectations in every way. from the warm welcome by the belhops to the convenient trolley service to the theme park, everything was thought out perfectly. we loved the option to have our souvenirs delivered to our room and the all-day events at the resort were a great way to relax without going anywhere. we can't wait to go back!

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the nearby shopping areas and theme park - either by taking the trolley next to the hotel or walking. The service is attentive and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers many options and is well done. Plus, the hotel has facilities including a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa for guests to enjoy.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything that we wanted to do. We didn't have to worry about driving around, as the trolley to the theme park was just a short walk away. The room with a king bed had a great view and we were impressed with the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
