I recently stayed at the Double D Cottage and had a wonderful time! The house was absolutely gorgeous, with charming western touches and a cozy fireplace. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and private getaway spot. The amenities were great, especially the jacuzzi and the new Weber grill on the patio. I also loved the little lights surrounding the property. The house had everything I needed and truly embodied the spirit of Central Texas. It was my favorite stay in all of America!

We absolutely loved the rustic and cozy feel of this place! The Longhorns above the fireplace and the western touches really added to the charm. The patio with the new Weber grill was perfect for enjoying a barbecue. The jacuzzi was a great feature and the little lights around the perimeter created a lovely ambiance. The location was also ideal, close enough to both downtown Wimberly and Dripping Springs. As foreign tourists, it truly embodied the spirit of Central Texas and made us feel right at home.

Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within easy driving distance of the nearby town. the amenities provided, especially the towels, were great and added to the overall comfort of the stay. We also loved the fact that the hotel embodied the spirit of the region, making us feel right at home.

We were disappointed with the quality of the linens on the bed and the towels provided. They seemed old and worn out, which was not what we expected for the price we paid.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Double D Cottage and I couldn't be happier! The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I already miss it and can't wait to come back!

Although the house was fantastic, there were a few small drawbacks. The pillows in the main bedroom could definitely be updated to softer and fuller ones for a better night's sleep.

We had a great time during our Christmas vacation! the location was perfect , close enough to the main town but still secluded and quiet. the house itself was beautiful , it had a cozy fireplace and lovely western touches. the patio was a great spot to relax, and the new grill was perfect for barbecuing. We also loved the jacuzzi, it was very relaxing after a long day exploring. the amenities provided, like towels and toiletries, were excellent.

We were a bit disappointed with a few things. the linens on the beds definitely needed an update , they seemed old and worn.

For the price, it would have been nice to have newer linens on the beds and in the bathroom. Some of the kitchen items, like the microwave and cabinets, could have been cleaner and updated.
