The facility is well maintained, very clean, and the breakfast buffet was incredible hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff, especially LaSunda at the front desk, goes above the standard for customer service. The housekeeping was excellent and the ladies were warm and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient place with lots of restaurants to choose from.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service from the friendly staff, to the well-maintained and clean rooms with 2 beds , and the basic amenities available. The value for such quality service and accommodations, including breakfast, is unbeatable. The location in a very safe area with convenient shopping nearby adds to the appeal.

The location was perfect for my visit to the northern suburbs of Atlanta - there were plenty of great restaurants nearby and it was in a good area. The hotel was near everything in Atlanta's surrounding areas, which made it easy for me to explore. The room was clean and spacious, with new furniture. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating, providing quick check-in and check-out. The warm cookies at reception were a nice treat.

The noise from the connected bar area to the lobby was disturbing at times.

We recently went on a romantic getaway and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and even a Starbucks across the street. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local dining scene. Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptional! From the knowledgeable and informative front desk staff, to the friendly and warm cleaning lady, everyone made us feel welcome and at home.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor downsides. The breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey at $12.95 per day, considering the cost of the room.

I had an amazing stay at the Doubletree in Alpharetta. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Lashunda who greeted me by name and made check-in a pleasure. The hotel was clean and quiet, making for a peaceful experience. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had a comfortable stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The front desk was accommodating when we needed a new room due to an issue with the door not fitting. Although there were some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
