The air conditioner and closet were convenient, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cons: Can recommend this hotel.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the cleanliness and the size of the room. the location was pretty good, close to shops and restaurants which were great for my holiday shopping.

I requested an early check-in but my room wasn't ready until late at night which affected my plans. the receptionists failed to recognize my request and failed to make amends.

One of the receptionists was not as friendly as the other and seemed unhelpful when assistance was needed.
