The location of the hotel is great, very close to several restaurants, not far from the mall and conveniently located near the golf course we were playing. The room was well-maintained and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We appreciated the marble top tables and lamp designs in the room.

The bathroom was quite small and the bathtub was not as advertised in the pictures.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The staff were excellent and really attentive to our needs. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was perfect for our needs as it was close to a restaurant we wanted to visit.

We loved the spacious and comfortable suite for our family of four. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, were incredibly polite and helpful. The indoor pool and whirlpool were amazing. The breakfast was great.

The staff at the front desk, especially Miss Lindsey, were so nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the cookies were amazing. The pool was clean and the staff were generous and understanding.

We were greeted with warm cookies and a refreshing bottle of water after a long journey - a lovely touch! The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and spacious, giving us a comfortable stay. The marble top tables and lamp designs added an elegant touch to the room. The hotel's atmosphere was inviting and the customer service was exceptional.

The bathroom size was misrepresented on the website. We expected an oversized tub, but instead found a very small bathroom and tub.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton! The breakfast room service was delicious and prompt. The staff was polite and made sure we had everything we need. We were impressed with the attention to detail in our room - even the television was properly functioning. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful - understanding and very generous. They made my daughter's 8th birthday special and she really enjoyed herself. The pool was clean, and we loved the indoor pool and whirlpool. The hotel facilities were amazing, and I was impressed with the recent repairs done in the lobby and dining area. The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated the fact that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff at this hotel were polite, helpful, and accommodating.

Best aspects of my stay were the delicious complimentary cookies and the friendly staff. the hotel had a convenient location, close to key business areas and attractions. Another advantage was the prompt room service for breakfast, which was delivered with efficiency.

Worst aspects of my stay were the outdated facilities, in desperate need of an upgrade. the rooms were old and in need of better accommodations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location could not have been more convenient - it was close to the mall, great restaurants, and everything Augusta has to offer. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to meet my needs as a mom traveling with a baby. Finally, the rooms were in good condition and offered a large soaker tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

All was fantastic, no improvements needed.

Complementary breakfast and late check-out were a nice touch. the pool and hot tub were enjoyable and made our stay worthwhile, as did the nearby restaurants and shopping options.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bedding had some stains.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very accommodating, making sure that my needs as a mom with small kids were met. They even provided a lower-level room for easier access with the kids. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great variety and high quality. The hotel's location was convenient, close to all the things I needed to do. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the facilities and parking, were all excellent. I also loved the whirlpool tub in our king suite, which made for some relaxing bubble baths.

Hard to think of anything negative about my stay.
