I've had multiple stays at this hotel and I've always had a great experience. The service is prompt and efficient, and the rooms are consistently clean and well-stocked with everything we need. The hotel's location near the state capital is convenient, making it a good value compared to hotels further out of the central area. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as having ample electrical outlets in the room. The staff members, including Courtney at the front desk, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I had a great value for my money at Doubletree By Hilton. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, which the girls loved. The location was amazing, right off the highway, making it easy to get around in Austin. The staff was excellent and very helpful in answering all my questions.

The hotel had a great location, being close to downtown and the bar scene but still far enough away for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my Christmas trip more enjoyable. the pool area was also a highlight, perfect for spending time with my friends.

There were some issues during my stay. the internet wasn't working upon arrival and the ice machine was out of order on several floors.
