The hotel was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the front desk staff was helpful and the check-in process was quick. It was a great advantage that the hotel was located close to the metro, making it convenient for getting around. Additionally, the hotel had modern and fresh decor, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

One downside was that on arrival, there was no one at the counter, and I had to wait a few minutes before someone appeared. It would have been better if there had been staff available at all times during check-in hours.
