during my delightful stay, I appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere. Had fun exploring Walker Park, which was just a short walk away, and enjoyed how close I was to the local eateries like Dunkin' for a quick coffee run. it's perfect if you love weekend city strolls.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton Chicago/Alsip! The location was perfect for our family plans, and we really appreciated the spacious and clean room. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise with delicious food and top-notch service. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed the gym too. The staff were welcoming, and we felt right at home!

The hallway carpets could use some attention.

Had a grand time! The pool was a right delight, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The staff were lovely, too, really making you feel at home. But I did notice the hallway carpets were a bit worn. Still, overall, well worth it!

I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't. Found leftover underwear in my room and the 'cold' buffet was 2-3 empty containers. I thought I’d receive complimentary cookies given the price I paid, but nope! You'd think a hotel would give preferential treatment to someone spending good money. It was just dissapointing.

Consider asking for a quiet room away from event spaces and check the restaurant menu online before ordering for better choices.

We really appreciated the spacious layout of the room that made it easy for our family to settle in. The kids loved the large pool area, and the staff's attentiveness made our stay feel special.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast should start earlier for families with kids.

doubletree by hilton chicago/alsip was great! the room was super clean and comfy, and i loved that the restaurant had good food. we even got a free cookie when we checked in, which was a nice touch! the staff was really friendly too, made us feel welcome. the indoor pool was a bonus for relaxing after traveling.

the breakfast could have more options, it felt kinda basic. also, the elevators are tiny, so be ready to squeeze in!

The room felt pleasant and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the professionalism of the staff, especially the bartender Memo, who was inviting and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered great value and was a delightful start to the day. One downside was the confusion regarding bed sizes—expecting Queen beds in the double room but finding Full sizes instead. This minor issue aside, the overall experience was enjoyable.
