The hotel has a spacious lobby with multiple meeting rooms and a deli. the room was large and the bathroom was newly renovated. the outdoor seating area by the pool was a nice spot to relax and socialize.

The hotel is isolated and not easily accessible without a car. the carpets and wallpaper in the older part of the hotel seemed worn.

Clean, convenient location close to the highway with ample parking for trailers. Friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the maids. Exceptionally clean room and hallways. Quick and efficient shuttle service to and from the airport, but must be booked in advance. Warm cookies at the front desk a delightful welcome.

The newly remodeled entrance area was stunning, creating a great first impression. the spacious and clean ground floor room exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the friendly staff was able to accommodate our request for a handicapped room. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby local businesses with free WiFi.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the lack of certain amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer was an inconvenience.

Enjoyed my stay at Doubletree. Especially loved the delicious breakfast and the large swimming pool. Although the room was a bit noisy due to thin walls, I still had a good night's sleep. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cozy and streamlined room décor inspired us to focus on our business during our stay. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff was prompt in fulfilling our requests. The pillows were perfect, unlike other hotels where they are either too puffy or hard. The closet and bathroom were both functional and convenient, with ample space for our belongings and work clothes. The hotel's location was conveniently centered and not far from our event and shopping centers. Parking was a plus, as it was complimentary. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle to and from Midway, making transportation easy.

The hotel room was nicely updated and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the pool and outdoor patio area were great for gathering and having fun with family during the Christmas holiday.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the cable TV kept cutting out, which was frustrating when trying to access important information such as current weather and traffic updates.

We had a great stay here! The location was really convenient for our event and it was easy to get to/from the airport. Our room was really comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and free wi-fi. The staff were amazing and always greeted us with a smile and treated us with great hospitality. We also really appreciated the free airport shuttle and how easy it was to park.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and has easy access to transportation in a great area. The hotel needs to work on the noise factor, as there is considerable highway noise that might affect a peaceful sleep.
