i can’t believe the view was dreadful and the tiny room was upgraded, how generous! Air conditioning broke down constantly. that’s just perfect. and for my inconvenience, they didn’t even bother with a complimentary gesture, or a wake-up call, of course. i was really looking forward to a great experience but just couldn't get over these simple issues.

We loved the convenient location near Borough Market, which provided excellent dining options and vibrant atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and a nice bar with reasonably priced options for unwinding after meetings.

We encountered some noise disturbance from an adjacent air vent.

For a true treat, try the bar menu for reasonably priced bites and drinks after a busy day. it's a hidden gem!

We found clean spaces to unwind after exploring the city, especially the afternoon tea service. I value quality customer service, something I experienced throughout my stay. This trip was a delightful experience for us both.

Had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly, and one of them even showed us a secret door to get to the room quicker—saved us a ton of time! Also, I was blown away by how they accommodated my vegan diet at breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. Honestly, I’m still dreaming about that buffet!

The bathroom could use some updates for a fresher look. Also, there was some occasional noise from passing trains that might disrupt light sleepers.

Staying here was an absolute delight. I loved being just a few steps from borough market and the stunning tower bridge, making it so easy to explore the area on foot and soak in the views around me.
