We had been concerned about the size of the room based on previous reviews, but to our surprise, it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the location was excellent, with easy access to the train station, tube, and Borough Market. The staff at check-in were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we were even offered welcome drinks upon arrival. we had a pleasant stay at the London Bridge Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Loved the location of this hotel, right near the iconic Shard and Borough Market. It was so convenient to have the London Bridge underground station nearby as well. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all, the full English breakfast buffet was included in the weekend deal rate, which was a great bonus!

The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling area of Borough market, right in the centre of London. Guests can easily access Monmouth cafe on Borough market for delicious coffee and pastries in the morning. Additionally, the hotel is close to the Shard, providing a stunning view for guests.

The hotel is unfortunately situated close to a nightclub which starts playing loud music as late as 2am on Saturdays, potentially causing disturbances for those seeking a peaceful sleep.

Stayed the night before the marathon and enjoyed a special pre-marathon menu. Spacious room with luxury touches like bathrobes and slippers. Great location, good breakfast, and clean rooms. Reception could have handled the payment issue better. Impressed that our room preference was remembered from a previous stay. Helpful concierge and close to public transportation. Polite, friendly, efficient, and supportive staff. Executive room on the sixth floor was quiet and well-equipped. Plenty of nearby dining options.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the tube station, making it easy to get around this city. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel was to all the tourist spots. I could easily walk to the Shard, Borough Market, and London Bridge in just a few minutes. The room itself was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

It is situated right next to the Shard and is easily accessible to public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. Everything, from the Tate Museum to the river boats, is within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, the staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a bar that was tastefully decorated and served delicious coffees. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and nice amenities such as a hair dryer and coffee facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi and had good air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and we had a delicious light supper and a great afternoon tea as well. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and the tube station. It was also a great value for money. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the underground station, making it easy for us to get anywhere in the city, including the O2 arena, which was only a few short stops on the tube. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in which helped us with our sightseeing plans. When our car was broken into while parked in the hotel car park, they even allowed us to check out a few hours later at no extra cost, giving us time to get the window fixed and still do everything we had planned. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.
