Great location and friendly vibes

This place is super close to Mag Mile, which is awesome! The staff were really nice and helpful, plus the check-in was a breeze. Our room had a great view of the John Hancock, and the fridge and microwave came in handy. Only thing, the shampoo was out in the bathroom.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with many attractions within a short walking distance. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us.

One small improvement that could be made for breakfast is the selection of food options.

The Doubletree By Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean and fresh, and the staff were wonderful. Despite arriving early, my room was ready, and this happened every day of my stay.

The only slight downside was that the toilet had some stains from a previous customer. Although the staff were responsive, the initial inconvenience could have been avoided.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Doubletree on Magnificent Mile. Great value for the money, comfy room with an amazing view of the city. The location was perfect, close to Navy Pier and just a short walk to the shopping strip. The staff was friendly and super helpful throughout my stay.

I had a great experience during my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The room I booked, a deluxe one bedroom suite, exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and spaciousness. The amenities provided were also impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the lobby bar and seating area. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, allowing me to easily explore all the sights in the area. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and the rooms appeared to be recently renovated. I had a fabulous time at Doubletree By Hilton.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as a rooftop pool, sauna, and fitness center, which enhanced our experience and allowed us to unwind and relax during our stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus.

We were only there to sleep and shower for less than 24 hours, but everything was very nice and clean! The staff was outstanding, treating us very well. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping within a quick stroll. We will definitely stay here again after the makeover!

I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely phenomenal - I was able to walk to all the popular attractions in downtown and even took a train ride to Wrigleyville. The room was sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel had great facilities and even offered parking. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Michigan Avenue for shopping, and to the nearest subway stop on the El. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't forget to mention the delicious cookie they gave me upon arrival - it was definitely a highlight of my stay!

Continuous noise from sirens in the area, including at night, which may disturb sensitive individuals. Limited services and amenities, such as housekeeping only upon request and confusion about breakfast charges.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The rooms were modern and had comfy bedding that helped me sleep at night. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the sights and attractions I wanted to see and the prices were more than fair. Plus, the breakfast was included in my daily rate and the potatoes were seasoned to perfection!

Convenient location for walking to downtown attractions and river boat tours. On-site parking garage available but a little expensive. Comfortable and clean room with high-quality bedding. Helpful staff. Would consider staying here again and recommending it.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of many touristy things. There were also plenty of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store across the street. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. I really appreciated the fact that it was a pet-friendly hotel and I could stay with my furry friend. The views of the city were stunning and the rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering we were in the heart of the city. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The bar was easily accessible from the lobby, and the outdoor lounge/pool area was a great place to relax in the evenings. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff exceeded my expectations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
