We were thrilled with our stay here! The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of great restaurants and shops to explore right on its doorstep. The staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to help with any requests. We really appreciated the premier customer service we received.

Although some of the hotel amenities were affected due to the current situation, the great service more than made up for it. We loved the beautiful garden area and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable. The front desk arranged for us to stay in the same room when we needed to add an extra night. The room was comfortable and recently renovated. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Novi. the location was very nice and quiet, despite there being a group of motorcyclists. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service from Aaron at the front desk. I arrived earlier than expected, but Aaron was kind enough to let me wait in the front area until a room was ready. He even approached me just ten minutes later with a clean room key while I was enjoying my lunch. His professionalism was truly outstanding. the hotel was also conveniently close to various restaurants and amenities.

The proximity to the mall and local restaurants was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and had a variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large lighted mirror and high water pressure in the shower.

One thing to improve could be better planning for unexpected events such as snowstorms.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Immaculate and modern with a professional and kind staff. the location is a real bonus, situated in a serene area but just steps away from great stores and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the restaurant menu had outstanding options at a great value. the rooms were perfect with comfy beds and a great selection of TV channels.

The heating system in the room was very loud and not consistent. It would have been nice to have the option to open a window for some fresh air.

the Doubletree By Hilton in Novi was a lovely place to stay. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Plus, they provided delicious cookies that we wished we could have taken home!
