The renovated property provided a comfortable environment with a large, comfortable bedroom and great pillows. The breakfast choices were basic but served quickly. The hotel offered an additional room for free when there was a mistake with our reservation. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean. North Charleston is a good value and an easy 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston. Plus, we loved the free Doubletree cookies!

Felt like a fairy tale; no reason to complain.

During my recent stay in Charleston, I found a comfortable and convenient hotel close to the airport. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the airport but not noisy at all. Although it was situated in a crowded area, I managed to find it easily. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable bedding. The staff was courteous and available at all times. Dining options, including a restaurant and bar, were inside the hotel lobby. And, the hotel provided shuttle service within a five-mile radius.

The coffee left me feeling disappointed.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were friendly, polite, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel was also well-maintained and clean. I was impressed with the updated and spacious rooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, I was disappointed that the room did not have a microwave or a bathtub, as these were amenities I was looking forward to during my stay.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service until 11:00 PM and the shuttle driver was friendly. The location is just a few miles from the airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel has amenities like a pool, gym, and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were superb and very friendly in all facets! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a lovely pool, gym, lobby areas, putting green. The location was perfect, being close to the airport and just a short drive to downtown Charleston and Folly beach. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with fast service. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and location.

All was perfectly fine during my stay at this hotel.

The check, in process was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. the lobby was spacious and well, designed, with comfortable seating and a full bar. the hotel had a central courtyard with a fire pit and a small pool, which was a nice addition. the room I stayed in was extremely spacious, with two separate rooms and two bathrooms. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well, maintained.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the noise from the nearby highway was incredibly loud and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The beds were comfortable and the walk-in showers were a great feature. It was also nice that the hotel was located near restaurants and stores, making it convenient for quick meals or last-minute needs. the spacious room easily accommodated my family of four without feeling cramped.

The spacious rooms at Doubletree Hotel were perfect for our family. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and enjoyed excellent service at breakfast. The omelet was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Charleston!
