The hotel provided excellent services such as room service, laundry facilities, and a free shuttle service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. we were impressed with the high-quality amenities and top-notch service at this venue.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was simple but good, and it was included in the room fee which was a great bonus. The hotel was conveniently located close to major highways and downtown Annapolis, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, and they assisted us with all our issues. The rooms were clean and well kept, and they provided all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and customer service oriented.

The only downside was that we had to change rooms due to a faulty thermostat and the WiFi was not working, but the staff quickly resolved these issues and even provided us with a coupon code for the inconvenience. Despite these minor hiccups, we still highly recommend this hotel to families.

During our stay, we found a great location close to the downtown area, the Port of Call Restaurant and the beautiful Annapolis waterfront. Our room had all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom facilities. The buffet breakfast had salmon, shrimp, and fish, plus made-to-order omelettes.

The hotel could have had more luxurious facilities, such as microwaves, refrigerators, and more bathroom amenities, as mentioned by some other guests in their reviews.
