The hotel was beautifully appointed and full of energy. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was consistently replenished and good. the renovations to the bar area were warm and welcoming.

The plumbing in our 7th-floor room was not robust enough to handle four people, and we had to call the front desk for an emergency toilet repair. the pool room and pool were very cold, and we were told to go to a club down the street to swim.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Secondly, the rooms on the upper floors were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. All in all, a great value for money!

The only downside was the temperature control in the training room, which fluctuated between hot and cold.
