The hotel is situated close to everything there is to do in the area. It is really convenient to access all downtown attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with updated bathrooms. The staff is readily available to help, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel lacked sufficient fitness facilities to work out in.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was great, very courteous, and made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs in the room were nice and large. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a few blocks away from the Milwaukee Theatre where we had a show. We were also able to walk to the lakefront the next morning. Additionally, the hotel was convenient to the river walk, the nearby casino, and the Forum.

The room was well-lit and had plenty of outlets for charging devices, which was convenient. the hotel's location downtown was great, with the Riverwalk and several restaurants within walking distance. the staff was very helpful and eager to solve any problems, making my stay enjoyable.

The heat/cooling system in the room could only do hot or cold, and during my stay, it was a bit warm but the system was set on heat, so I couldn't get cool air. However, the windows could be opened slightly for fresh air, and the hotel provided a box fan to help with the temperature.

This hotel was located in the heart of the action, with the concert arena and theater within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. Our room had all the basic amenities we needed, including a love seat, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast was also a great value for the price.

All in all, our stay was wonderful and I couldn't ask for anything more.

From the general manager to the front desk, waiters to bartenders, and even the maintenance team, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The level of service and hospitality is consistently excellent, making this a top choice for any visit.

The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave! Although the bathroom was small, it was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful stay.

Conveniently located downtown, great amenities with free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Rooms are comfortable with a mini fridge and complimentary water bottles. Strong water pressure makes for a refreshing shower experience. Would recommend for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. the hotel offered a delicious complimentary breakfast that was available for a longer period of time than most hotels. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms were on the smaller side and there was no bathtub. Parking was an extra charge of $23 and there wasn't much street parking available to avoid the fee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and attending the event at the Pabst Theater. It was within walking distance of some great restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. it was a great experience.
