We loved the indoor/outdoor pools, perfect for the kids! The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, making our stay cozy. We also enjoyed visiting the local attractions like the Discovery Center, which was a hit with the whole family, including my father.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options included.

Everyone was wonderful! The room and mattress were very comfortable for our stay of five days. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and we were able to request made-to-order omelets. The courtesy water at the front desk was a nice touch. Don't hesitate to ask for hot cookies during your visit!

The King Room was super comfy! Clean with a nice layout, making it feel spacious. The mattress was perfect for a good night's sleep. Also loved the special touch of warm cookies at check-in! Housekeeping was responsive when we needed extra towels. Just a heads up, the a/c was a little noisy but got fixed quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and worth it for the price.

the restaurant was under renovation, so the menu was limited and overpriced 🤑 besides that, the staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze! the pool area was nice and relaxing too! 🏊‍♂️

During my stay, I appreciated how convenient it was to explore Old Fort Park, just about a 20-minute walk away, along with the delightful nearby restaurants like Panera Bread that made grabbing a quick bite easy. the staff really made it feel like a home away from home with their warm hospitality and welcoming demeanor.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. I enjoyed the in-room breakfast, and the late-night menu at the nearby pizza place was great. The indoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

However, breakfast options could be expanded a little. and I wish the elevator service was more reliable.

The hotel has nice live music performances, which added a great touch to our stay. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas needing attention.
