There was nothing I didn't like.

Great proximity to local state and national parks. I loved being able to easily explore nature during my stay. The hotel's location near restaurants and the interstate was very convenient. The room size was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The wifi made it easy for me to get work done in the room.

The representative at check-in was very friendly and offered warm cookies upon arrival. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the housekeeper was attentive and promptly provided extra towels and washcloths when requested.

The window view was disappointing, facing an HVAC unit. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with a stained bathtub, torn and dirty curtains, and a shower curtain that smelled bad.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city and close to everything around. The staff is extremely helpful and nice to work with, making our stay very enjoyable. The shower head in the bathroom was exceptional, giving a refreshing and invigorating shower experience. The hotel's décor was stylish and pleasing to the eye. Upon arrival, the representative was very pleasant and even offered warm cookies, which was a nice touch. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the housekeeper was friendly and prompt in providing extra wash cloths and towels when requested. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Doubletree.

I did encounter a minor issue with a lack of available clean towels during my stay.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids and the beds were really comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when one of our daughters got sick, promptly bringing clean linens, towels, and even cleaning the bathroom. The convenient location of the property was also a plus.
