the location 😍 was great-walking distance to french quarters! staff friendly, room on 10th floor had great view. Drawback: breakfast a bit crowded & expensive for portion. Recommended for exploration lovers! 🌟

we had a fantastic stay at the Doubletree. from the prime location to the amazing staff and good breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. we appreciated the text messaging service, great food, and the view from our room was superb. the convenience of having Harah's Casino nearby was a bonus, and the shopping center just outside the door was fabulous.

Great time at the hotel - the valet parking was top-notch, so organized and efficient. The friendly staff made our stay special - big shoutout to Ms. Tionnie for checking on us daily. Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient coffee shop. Appreciated the easy access to the swimming pool and the location near the French Quarter. Only downside was unexpected parking fees, wish that was clearer from the start. 😊

The staff at DoubleTree was incredibly kind and caring, making us feel like family during our stay, especially with our 8-month-old baby. The city view from the room was stunning, and the security measures added to our peace of mind. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like the National WWII Museum and the French Quarter allowed us to easily explore and bond as a family. The swimming pool was a relaxing retreat, enhancing our enjoyment of the trip immensely.

The location of DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans was fantastic, with stunning views of the Mississippi River and French Quarter from the rooms. The one-bedroom suites were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable home away from home with all necessary amenities.

The rooms, however, were in desperate need of renovation. I had to change rooms three times due to dust, unpleasant smells, and even a cockroach.

The hotel's décor, with its charming black-and-white murals and classic New Orleans architecture, brought a lovely local touch to the otherwise standard chain hotel. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for us elder folks.

The hotel could have provided more assistance for senior travelers, maybe by offering more tailored services or amenities specifically designed to cater to the needs of seniors.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with easy access to various attractions and restaurants. the valet staff was particularly helpful, the room was clean, and the front desk staff was prompt in assisting guests. While the room might have had a few minor drawbacks, such as limited space by the bed and tight bathroom quarters, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Start your day with a full, hot buffet complete with your traditional favorites and Chef's daily specialty items. The breakfast spread was like a treasure trove of deliciousness! The Chef's daily specials added a surprising twist to my mornings, making me feel like a food explorer in the heart of New Orleans.

Housekeeping needs improvement.

At my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Outdoor swimming pool, Flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for holidays.

The views of downtown New Orleans from my room at DoubleTree by Hilton were absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed the bustling cityscape against the backdrop of the Mississippi River. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a warm welcome upon my arrival, making me feel instantly at home.

The walls in the room were quite thin, and I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay.

Feast on the divine Pork Belly and epic dining finds, like The Ruby Slipper Cafe and Mother's Restaurant. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. Lee and Lamonte delivered exceptional service from start to finish.

Pool party drama—smoking, loud music, and a splashy incident. This space needs better supervision.

Enjoyed the central location near the casino and food trucks, truly experiencing the heart of New Orleans. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms could use improvement but overall a pleasant stay.
