the location was great and suited my needs perfectly. the tram stop being just outside the hotel was very convenient and saved me a lot of time.

The housekeeping was not up to par. My room was not cleaned properly and I had to ask multiple times to get it sorted.

Our room at Hotel Vatel was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering a pleasant ambiance throughout. The location is fantastic, situated near the river, which provided a great setting for leisurely walks. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop, allowing for easy access to the city center. We also appreciated the option for parking in front of the hotel for a reasonable fee. our stay at Hotel Vatel was perfect, and we would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location along the river was perfect, just a short walk from the centre and right by the tram station. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities like air conditioning and mini-bar made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even brought champagne to our room as a welcome drink. The restaurant and bar area were great for dining and relaxing, and the food was delicious. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the 24-hour reception made it easy to come and go as I pleased. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
