Convenient location near the Richmond Airport and easily accessible for travelers. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the hotel has a beautiful building that adds a touch of elegance to the stay.

The hotel lacked clear signage, making it difficult to locate. the lobby had cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be vomit.

The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. Staff were courteous and helpful, both at the front desk and during breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room design was pleasing. Convenient location for the airport.

This hotel provides great value for money with on-site parking and a shuttle service right next to the airport. The staff is attentive and the king beds are excellent in comfort.

My recent stay at the Sheraton was fantastic! We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect. We were delighted to find out that the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for us. The staff was also very nice, ensuring that we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as an older hotel and some lingering smells, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as foreign tourists. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Being right next to the airport was a huge convenience for us, especially since our son was flying out to Florida. We also noticed that the hotel had several meeting rooms available, which could be useful for business travelers.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, and we honestly have no reasons to complain.

I recently had a stay at a hotel near the airport, and I must say, it was quite impressive. the location was extremely convenient as it was just a stone's throw away from RIC airport. This made it super easy for me to get to and from the airport, especially since they had on-site parking for my car. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms with a king bed were absolutely fantastic. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided by this hotel.

All in all, everything was alright with my stay.

We stayed at Sheraton for our honeymoon and despite the airlines messing up our plans, the hotel made amazing arrangements to make up for the frustration. The staff was incredibly accommodating and informative about the area. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the separate living area with a sofa, chair, and desk. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport and allowed us to leave our car there for a much cheaper price than the airport.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
