The hotel has a fantastic location with amazing views of the river, and it's close to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. I had a great stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the water. We were able to easily walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful views. the staff at the hotel was also very friendly and professional, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. the service was top-notch, with the room being cleaned well every day and little touches like slippers and chocolates on the bed. the hotel had a lovely setting and provided a pleasant stay.

One of the negatives of our stay was the noise on the first floor. It was quite noisy, especially on Saturday night, with music and people gathering near our room, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes, including delicious Portuguese specialties. The massage offered at the hotel was exceptional, providing a healing experience.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel right on the river, in the heart of the city. The RIB restaurant had a great location, with a wonderful view of the Douro river and the bustling quay. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed, while the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious and modern, with a Nespresso coffee machine and free mineral water. We cannot wait to experience this hotel and all of its amenities again.

It would be great if there were more hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes.

The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day.

Value for money: The room was beautifully designed with a grand view of the river Douro, bridges and old Porto. The beds were comfortable and the service was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable and the hotelbar was a hip cocktail spot. The staff was extremely helpful and engaging, with personalized welcome notes and emails.

The breakfast options were very good, but it would have been even better if they had espresso available.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel! The heritage area surrounding the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the view over the river from my room was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the wine selection was top-notch. The weather during my stay was also incredible, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Although my stay was fantastic, I did notice a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast room was a bit crowded and noisy, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy the meal.
