At the Doubletree San Antonio, we loved the free WiFi, which kept the kids entertained, the cool fitness center to work off all those hotel cookies, and the outdoor pool where we had a blast splashing around as a family.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would have made our stay even better.

I chose this hotel for a conference, and I was impressed with the complimentary covered self-parking and access to all hotel amenities such as the tropical courtyard, sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art Precor Fitness Center, and 24-hour Business Center with complimentary WiFi. The location near Market Square offered both convenience and luxury.

The only service I missed for my work was a shuttle or transportation to the conference venue.

The room at DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Downtown was spacious with a cozy seating area and a large, comfortable king-size bed. The amenities were well-maintained, and the plush select comfort adjustable bed made for a restful night's sleep.

The overall decor felt a bit "tired," and some areas, like the halls, could use some maintenance. However, this didn't significantly detract from the comfort of the stay as the room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff here fixed my tech issues first time I visited. Love it here! They have everything I need: fridge, spa, pool, and more. Luggage storage and 24/7 reception are helpful. Can't wait to come back for another trip!

Located in a great area, walking distance to many Mexican Plaza restaurants, the famous River Walk, and the bustling market square. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom spacious. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, and the ample breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's dining options had limited evening hours, which made it difficult for late-night dining.

The location of this hotel was where I needed - right by The Market Square and our favorite Mexican Restaurant, Mi Tierra. It was great because of easy access to the highways and it made exploring the area super convenient. The room amenities were awesome, with everything from a refrigerator to a flat-screen TV. The staff were not very friendly, but the service was simply amazing. They had a restaurant, bar, and lounge area that provided delicious food and drinks. The spa and wellness center was nice and friendly, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel was hard to get to and it was not very informative. However, I would recommend this hotel to families for its great location and luxurious amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. Its location was perfect, right by the central market and only a short walk to the Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in easy and providing us with fresh cookies and water upon arrival. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt. We also appreciated the on-site Starbucks and the mini store for any late-night snacks. The parking area felt safe, and we had no issues during our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were professional and extremely nice. They provided us with extra towels without any hesitation. The room was spacious and had ample space for us. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and was conveniently located near the convention center and directly on the Riverwalk. We were also pleasantly surprised by the scrumptious cookies that were provided.

The free WiFi was clutch for staying connected, and the outdoor pool was absolute vibe. We easily hit up the fitness centre to get our workout in before hittin' the town. The location was perfect for us to hit up the River Walk and the historic Alamo, both within a short drive.

Wished there was a livelier vibe, some cool music and a chill hangout spot for us young folks to gather and meet other guests.
