Located in a great area, walking distance to many Mexican Plaza restaurants, the famous River Walk, and the bustling market square. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom spacious. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, and the ample breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's dining options had limited evening hours, which made it difficult for late-night dining.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were professional and extremely nice. They provided us with extra towels without any hesitation. The room was spacious and had ample space for us. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and was conveniently located near the convention center and directly on the Riverwalk. We were also pleasantly surprised by the scrumptious cookies that were provided.
