The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and super convenient for transportation, with cafes and restaurants nearby. It was great to have Union Station just a stone's throw away, offering a variety of dining options to explore. the walkable area with shops and eateries made it easy to enjoy the city vibe right outside the hotel.

I wasn't a fan of the automatic 8% gratuity added to food and drink bills, as it felt a bit forced. Also, the housekeeping service could have been better, with some essentials like trash removal and extra towels missing during my stay.

The breakfast could use more variety.

Our stay at Crawford was fantastic! We were in town for leisure and stayed for four nights. the staff was exceptional, the location was superb, the new room was impressive, and the benefits with nearby shops and restaurants were a plus. The breakfast at Snooze café was outstanding, and the vibe was fabulous. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Crawford blends historic charm with modern elegance. the staff is exceptionally nice. the bar upstairs is elegant, and the key card elevator access adds security. the Snooze cafe offers outstanding breakfast with a fabulous vibe. the central location in LoDo is convenient, with Union Station amenities. Emilee and Jennifer provided fantastic service during a noisy check-in. Complimentary Tesla driver service and key access elevators add comfort and security.

We recently stayed at The Crawford and were blown away by the amazing amenities in our room. The upgraded TV and iPad provided all the information we needed about the hotel and the city. The deluxe bathroom with the rain shower head was a luxurious touch.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the pricey valet parking and the limited city view, the overall experience was exceptional. The valet staff went above and beyond to assist us, making up for any inconvenience.

Location by train station. Easy registration and check out. Soundproof rooms. Vibrant atrium. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nothing not to love.

The free rides and multiple in-house shops were great little treats. the staff was kind and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect for getting around and experiencing some of the local hotspots.

The room felt quite dated and dingy. the lighting was poor and the air conditioning didn't work well.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Denver, making it a great base for exploring the city. It is just a short walk to the train station and is situated in the warehouse district, which has a vibrant and trendy atmosphere reminiscent of Brooklyn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast at Snooze, with priority seating to avoid long wait times. the location and room quality of the hotel are fantastic.

There is one negative aspect to consider - the lobby area of the hotel is shared with the train station, which can result in a somewhat crowded and bustling atmosphere.

We stayed in this hotel and it was a great experience. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of a walkable area, which feels like Brooklyn. You can take the "mall trolley" or walk to many nearby hotspots. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport as it is in Union Station.

It might not be suitable for families seeking pool and hot tub amenities. Nonetheless, the hotel has elevators that require key access for extra safety, which is also very cool.

The Crawford Hotel is perfect for youngsters like us! The location at Union Station is ideal, with cozy rooms and thoughtful amenities like free coffee, happy hour with beer, and a Tesla for short trips. The surrounding restaurants are delicious and convenient.
