The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and high-quality pillows. The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant were inviting and well-maintained. The salt water indoor pool was a great addition, and having a Stewart's next door was convenient. I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

The beds were ultra-comfortable and the breakfast buffet hit the spot for us as young families.

Great location, very convenient for my business trip. the breakfast was satisfactory and the staff in charge, Heidi, was really friendly and made my morning enjoyable. the bed in my room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

I had some frustrating experiences during my stay. the shower curtain was too short and water ended up splashing all over the bathroom.

This hotel is a great value for money, with clean and well-maintained rooms that have comfortable beds and even a jacuzzi. The staff is helpful and provides basic amenities. The hotel is located close to downtown Schenectady, where you can find restaurants and the Historic Stockade area.

Great location near the city center, easy access to many points of interest. They offered complementary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. Close to a shopping center and restaurants.

The housekeeping service was not up to par. They did not properly clean and left a bad odor in the room.
