Staying at Hotel Fontana, we woke up each morning to the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pastries and the beautiful Trevi Fountain view from the rooftop breakfast area. The staff were always friendly, and the daily housekeeping was a delightful touch. We loved having easy access to shops and cafés right outside our door, making it so convenient to explore Rome!

However, our room had some issues that impacted our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t quite sufficient, and the room we received had a persistent bathroom odor. The noise from the fountain and nearby traffic made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the bathroom showed signs of age, leaving us wanting a bit more cleanliness.

i was absolutely floored when the front desk staff could not help with my luggage upon arrival. honestly, how rude! and don’t even get me started on the conspicuously moldy bathroom. i was also hoping to be gift-wrapped in luxury as a paying guest but guess that’s too much to ask these days. i just couldn’t give a good review.

Stayed in a triple room for three nights. The staff made us feel at home, especially during a surprise birthday celebration for my wife. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, with a variety of options and a great view. Our shower was spacious and clean. A wonderful experience overall! 😊

My experience was marred by several issues during my stay. The bathroom was quite cramped and dated, making showers uncomfortable, especially for taller guests. Additionally, the room felt neglected overall, with a broken shower fixing that forced me to use a handheld option. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the hotel's focus on its prime location overshadowed much-needed updates to the facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Trevi Fountain, offering stunning views, especially from the breakfast terrace. The room was clean, but the shower felt cramped and took too long to warm up. WiFi access was available but frustrating to log into every time. Great for those who prioritize location and views over modern amenities.

The shower is woefully tiny, and the bathroom design is awkward!!! WiFi can be painfully weak, requiring constant re-logging!!! A little renovation wouldn’t hurt the outdated furniture and décor!!! The elevator is embarrassingly small and often out of service!!!

The location was AMAZING! ! Our breakfast with a magnificent view of the Trevi Fountain was unforgettable, and the staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is unbeatable, right near the Trevi Fountain. We also walked to the Colosseum, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast terrace has stunning views, perfect for starting your day. Just be aware that the rooms are small, but it's really all about the experience here.

Unfortunately, I found my room to be quite run down. There were some maintenance issues that could have been addressed better. The shower was also very tiny, making it a bit cramped. Just something to keep in mind for others looking to book.

Staying here was great! The room had air conditioning and a nice private bathroom with a shower and bidet. I loved the complimentary breakfast on the rooftop with views of the Trevi Fountain. There were clean towels and toiletries provided daily. Friendly concierge services helped us with local tips. I really enjoyed the hardwood floors too!
