We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Michael and Andrew, were phenomenal - always pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, super close to Sawgrass Mills Shopping Mall. The hotel facilities were well appointed, providing everything we needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were very comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel multiple times due to its convenient location near Sawgrass Mills. The room was spacious and the breakfast had a good variety of high-quality options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it easy for us to travel with our toddler. The property was great, and the staff even went above and beyond to accommodate parking for a large truck. The shuttle service was prompt and the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The housekeeping and porters were also very helpful and friendly. I had a positive experience and would choose this hotel again.

Our family of four, including two small kids, had a great stay at this hotel near the BB&T center. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and shopping area. The shuttle service was reliable and staffed by friendly drivers like David and Tyjuan. The pool was enjoyable with good service from the restaurant staff.

Some previous guests experienced noise from neighboring rooms which affected their quality of sleep.

The hotel even gave us a coupon book for Sawgrass Mills, which saved us a lot on shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, and the shower pressure was amazing. The gym was also nice, and who can forget the delicious cookies!

Lack of Advertised Amenities: We were disappointed to find out that some of the amenities advertised, such as shuttles to the mall, were no longer available. This was misleading and affected our plans.
