Elevators and shower need improvement.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a weekend getaway. The room was pristine with a super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing exceptional service. The pool was amazing, making me feel like I was at a resort. The hotel grounds were well-maintained with beautiful palm trees and a lovely outdoor sitting area.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfy bed, quiet room with concrete walls. Easy parking nearby. Great shower head, clean bathroom with high-quality towels. Safe in the closet. High-quality TV reception and fridge.

As guests with children, we loved the spacious pool area with provided wristbands and towels, making us feel like we were at a resort. The well-manicured courtyard with citrus trees and semitropical vegetation added to the overall ambience. The staff was excellent, accommodating our room preferences and even going above and beyond to fulfill a special request for a fire pit. The location was great, close to golf and the University of Arizona, and the shuttle service took us directly to the football stadium.

Well-equipped, recently refurbished king suite with great mountain views. Convenient location for early morning departures. Excellent, accommodating staff. Nice hot tub open until 11 PM. Spacious 2-room suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs. Beautiful courtyard with citrus trees. On par with other top hotel chains.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Jasmine and Ann Margaret, were warm, friendly, and helpful. I loved the fact that our room had an outside patio, it was so quiet and perfect for relaxing. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice back patio and a tropical view. The location of the hotel was central and convenient for my travel needs. The breakfasts were delicious and satisfying. I had a wonderful experience.

The hotel could use some renovation as it appeared worn out with stained tub/shower areas and worn out wallpaper. the air conditioning system was also inconvenient as it would turn off at night, causing the room to become stuffy quickly.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. First, the attention to detail was impressive, from the warm welcome cookie upon arrival to the seamless check-in process. Second, the location was perfect, close to stores and easily accessible to the Tucson convention center. Lastly, the staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities, such as the rooms with no view except the laundry, were clean and well-maintained. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

No improvements needed - all was just fine.

We loved the spacious King suite with two rooms and two bathrooms, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the fruit trees throughout the property added a lovely touch. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and even researching and printing out directions to attractions we were interested in. The check-in process was smooth, and we received a beautiful surprise gift for our anniversary. the facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tucson International Airport and Reid Park, and some of the renovated rooms are comfortable and spacious with supportive pillows. Some rooms also have a small outdoor patio with a table and chair.

There may be noise disturbances since the hotel is not soundproofed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our road trip through Texas. It was conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy for us to continue our journey. The well-cared-for nature of the hotel was evident, despite it being an older establishment. The lobby and surrounding grounds were also very pleasant.

With ample parking, friendly efficient staff, and a comfortable clean room, we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities, including two restaurants and a full gift shop, were upscale and convenient. We also appreciated the location, as it was close to everything in this city.
