We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to the train station, and even though we had to wait a bit for the airport shuttle, it was still a useful service. The staff were excellent, providing great service at the reception desk and in the bar area. We appreciated the welcome drink and the complimentary cookie, both of which were nice touches.

While staying at DoubleTree Bayside, we were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the housekeeping staff. They noticed that we were using a lot of tissues due to a cold and left a whole package for us without us having to ask. It made our stay much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

The rooms were super clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's facilities were great, with a beach right behind the hotel for morning walks. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, just a 3-minute walk to a stop on the T. Additionally, the hotel had close proximity to the harbor, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the JFK Umass Tram station and a large supermarket. The rooms were exceptionally clean and had modern decor, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The area around the hotel was quiet and had a peaceful atmosphere. I also loved the fact that there was a nice park located along the water within walking distance. The proximity to the T line was a huge plus, as it made it incredibly convenient to explore downtown Boston in just 15 minutes. I had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Boston.

The shuttle service at Doubletree By Hilton Boston Bayside made all the difference during our stay. They picked us up from the cruise terminal, dropped us downtown, and even took us to the airport on our last day. The manager was extremely friendly and the shuttle bus driver, Sammy, was absolutely fantastic. We also appreciated the free wifi in the lobby and the warm cookies. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, comfortable beds, and great cleanliness. Conveniently located near the subway and a nice beach. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. Helpful and apologetic front desk and housekeeping. Laundry manager was really great in shipping my forgotten items back to me.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a cheerful smile and delicious cookies upon arrival. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. The shuttle drivers were excellent and the hotel provided a taxi when the return shuttle was delayed.

The hotel had a convenient airport shuttle service that made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were also impressed with the size and comfort of our room. Additionally, the staff at the hotel's housekeeping department were friendly and attentive.

We were not informed about a no-show fee, a charge for a requested late check-out, and the cost of parking. The staff at the front desk also seemed uninformed and unhelpful when we asked for information about transportation to the airport.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Boston for 3 nights for a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the bar area. The staff went above and beyond to resolve a drinks tray issue, offering us two free breakfasts as compensation. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The room was clean and quiet, with friendly and helpful housekeeping staff. They even fixed the bathtub stopper promptly. The breakfast was delicious and I appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room, which should be mentioned in the ad.
