Great spacious room with flat-screen TV and 24-hour reception. Valet was a bit pricey.

I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't. The shuttle service was non-existent, and I felt so ignored. Plus, the staff acted like answering simple questions was such a drag. Oh, and the coffee machine had no electric socket! How absurd! What kind of ‘4-star’ hotel forgets that?

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The one-bedroom king suite was spacious and clean, perfect for our group. The location made exploring downtown easy, but shuttle service was inconsistent. I suggest checking in early to enjoy the on-site restaurant, although the menu could use more variety. Overall, a good stay with wonderful room amenities!

The spacious queen suite was perfect for our group. We loved the microwave, fridge, and how close we were to the Huntington Center.

Cleanliness was lacking upon arrival!!! I found hair on surfaces and stains on sheets!!! The air conditioning struggled to function properly!!! Parking arrangements were confusing, leading to unexpected fees!!! Perhaps more investment in upkeep is needed!!!

The Queen Suite was spacious and had all the comforts we needed, like TVs in both rooms and a microwave for late-night snacks. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub after our adventures. Just be aware that parking can be a bit of a hassle, but overall, we loved our time here! 😊

Had a large suite, tons of space for the kids to run around. The free shuttle was clutch for getting us to the ballpark, saved us a headache. They were cool to us!

The King Room setup was super nice and spacious. The view from the corner room was outstanding! I loved the huge flat-screen TV and relaxing ambiance after a long day. Got to enjoy some great coffee from the lobby shop too!
