Great views and large rooms! The fact that our room was right on the river was amazing. We also loved the spaciousness of the room, with two full baths. the water pressure in both showers was great.

Unhelpful staff and lack of cleanliness. When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all, with the bed not made and trash on the ground.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the newly remodeled rooms. The facilities were beautiful, especially the docks overlooking the river. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options and a full meal offered. The staff, especially Melody at the front desk, were professional, friendly, and attentive.

The hotel offered a free breakfast buffet, which was a nice perk. the location was also convenient, with the festival I was attending right across the street. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the TV in my room didn't have a remote control, and even when I asked for one, it still didn't work properly.

This hotel was perfect for my nature-loving soul! The riverfront location, spacious rooms, and access to the bike trail were amazing. Lena, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the pool and on-site restaurant were great additions to the experience.

I felt like a VIP during my stay, so there's really no reason to complain!

We had an excellent stay at this riverfront hotel. the view of the river was breathtaking, and the staff was wonderful. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby facilities. We were especially pleased with the accommodations for our furry friend, as the hotel had great rooms for people with service dogs or regular pets. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although it would have been nice to have bananas or apples as an option. our experience at Quality Inn was great, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing breakfast selection with a wide variety of options, although I wish there were toast or bagels available. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was exceptionally kind. The view of the river was absolutely stunning, especially when walking on the docks at sunrise. Only one type of milk provided, but even though I prefer skim or non-dairy, the 2% was surprisingly tasty!

quality inn exceeded expectations during a quick stop in palatka. the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel at home, and the spacious and comfortable room provided much-needed relaxation. the beautiful location on the st. john's river was the cherry on top.
