After a long trip, the check-in was a mess. The internet was down, so they couldn’t charge me for my second night. Plus, my key got deactivated the next day, forcing me to trek all over the hotel frustratingly.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the lively Fremont Street and with free parking nearby. We loved the hotel's modern design and the cozy casino, which offered a great atmosphere for some nighttime fun. The friendly staff added to our positive experience, ensuring we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Staff were super nice and polite. Rooms were clean, smoke-free, and had cool decor. We had a stylish big bathroom and nice views from the 17th floor. Loved the big pool on the roof. Free parking was a nice bonus. Enjoyed the fitness centre and easy check-out. Perfect for the price!

I enjoyed my time at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. The room was spacious and meticulously clean, with exceptionally comfy beds. Its proximity to Fremont Street made it easy to explore, and the friendly bar staff served a delicious breakfast. The parking was also a breeze!

The location is perfect for Fremont Street and the bus to the Strip. The pool gets too hot, and there’s not enough shade.

Welcoming atmosphere, welcoming staff with great customer service and a fantastic rooftop pool that offers an amazing view at night.
