The panoramic city views from my suite at Downtown Grand were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains outside of the city. It was a mesmerizing sight to wake up to each morning. The Citrus Grand bar provided the perfect spot to relax and refuel after a day of exploring, with a fantastic selection of food and drinks that truly hit the spot. My stay was made even more special by the live concerts and shows at the hotel, creating an atmosphere of lively entertainment that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip.

I had an issue with being charged twice for a round of drinks at the pool area, and although the manager assured me it was just a hold, the delay in the money being returned was slightly concerning.

Enjoyed a clean room, comfy bed, and great location at Downtown Grand. Even though parking and bellman assistance had minor hiccups, overall a pleasant stay. Late check-out was a nice touch. Would consider returning for the value and friendly staff.

We explored the district and danced the night away at the casino. The stunning settings made our trip one to remember and the pet-friendly features were a plus for our furry friend.

I liked the staff at the front desk and at the bar; they were very friendly. The hotel's modern rooms were super hip and surprisingly comfy. The location, close to Fremont Street but away from the noise, was convenient. The pool area was nice, and the brunch at Freedom Beat was excellent. The proximity to landmarks like the Mob Museum and great restaurants made exploring easy. Despite some initial check-in issues, Alex Flores, the manager, resolved them promptly. However, noise concerns were addressed efficiently, making my stay enjoyable. The relax facilities such as the swimming pool, sun terrace, and view-enhanced pool added to the experience, and nearby landmarks like Cashman Center and The Neon Museum were great for family bonding. a clean hotel with areas for improvement in customer service but redeemed by helpful staff.

It was so convenient being able to easily walk to the bustling Fremont Street area and explore all the entertainment options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that provided us with the best sleep during our road trip. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's café, which exceeded our expectations compared to other hotels' offerings. Additionally, the parking was hassle-free with both free options and valet service available.

Our stay at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping service was excellent. We had a great experience at the Freedom Beat restaurant, and the location was perfect for exploring the Fremont Street experience. It was also nice that things cost less downtown, making it a cool place to be for New Year's. The proximity of the Deuce bus outside the MOB MUSEUM was convenient for traveling to the strip, and the 24-hour pass for $8 was a great deal. We also highly recommend trying the pizza at Pizza Rock restaurant, it was amazing. The hotel's workout area was also very good.

We noticed that the parking area was sometimes used by the homeless as a restroom. It's sad that homelessness has become such a normal thing, and it would be great if businesses could come together to provide assistance, whether it be shelter or mental help.
