I recently stayed at Downtown Miami Deluxe for a weekend getaway. Christian, the owner, was a fantastic host, providing a personal tour and excellent service throughout our stay. The rooftop pool and top floor lounge offered breathtaking views of the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had a stunning view from the balcony. it was a great value and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The views from the balcony and 38th floor were breathtaking, especially during sunset over the city skyline. The location was perfect, close to most places in downtown Miami and within walking distance of Bayfront Park and plenty of restaurants. The host, Christian, was incredibly gracious and made sure we were comfortable and knew how to access all of the building's amenities. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The rooftop swimming pool and gym provided an added bonus with stunning views of the city.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was amazing with a comfortable bed, remote-controlled window blinds, and a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to downtown and Brickell, and the staff, especially Christian, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with more options and maybe some complimentary amenities for late-night arrivals.

I had a great stay at this Miami apartment for 2 nights. The location near the cruise terminal was convenient for my travel purpose. The kitchenette was nice and well appointed, perfect for preparing meals. The highlight was the amazing view of the Miami Downtown skyline from the 14th floor. The apartment on a high-rise had a hidden projector and surround system, and the rooftop swimming pool on the 38th floor also offered stunning views. Christian provided a friendly welcome and excellent explanations of everything. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I was traveling alone, so it was the perfect accommodation - a secured tower in a safe area with incredible views and a super fancy outdoor rooftop pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sleep conditions are perfect thanks to the window blinds which can be controlled with a remote and make the entire room completely dark. The apartment has a small balcony from where you can see parts of the skyline and watch beautiful sunsets. Check-in was perfect - Marie, who works with Chris, contacted me about a week prior to my arrival and asked for my flight details so they could track my arrival time. Chris was waiting for me in front of the building as I arrived. He showed me the apartment and provided me with all the details and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again, next time I come!

The apartment had a fantastic view of the Miami skyline, especially at night when the lights were on. It was a breathtaking sight to wake up to. Additionally, the rooftop pool was amazing with hardly any crowd during my stay, so I had it all to myself. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

One major drawback was the lack of assistance. Since it was not a hotel, there was no one available to help or answer any questions.
