unexpected retro charm

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and complimentary water. The rooms were newly renovated, combining a quirky retro style with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the unique decorative touches around the hotel, including the dragonflies theme. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations for a property at this price point.

While the exterior had a vibrant, fresh look, the hallways showed signs of wear and tear that could use some attention. The AC in the room could have been a bit more effective on hot days, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker for the overall experience.

We had an amazing 2-night stay in the Deluxe King Suite! The owner took incredible pride in the details—everything from the cleanliness to the cozy decor made us feel right at home. The bed was so comfy, and the room's lighting options really set the mood. A huge shoutout to the staff for their flexibility in rearranging our stay and providing a late checkout without any hassle. This place is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting again!

The road noise was a bit noticeable at night.

The retro fridge and steam-free mirror were such nice touches! Super comfy bed too, I slept like a log. Plus, the friendly chommie at reception gave me free filtered water after brekkie, which was a lifesaver!

Only downside was the noisy tub during showers, but the rest made up for it!

The room was super comfy, loved the cozy vibe and the retro fridge was a fun touch! The steam-free mirror was genius and really made showering easier. The bed was super comfy too. I slept like a rock! Also, those thick towels were a nice luxury. Check-in was smooth with a complimentary bottle of water. Definitely a great stop for our trip!
