The kickback program was a nice perk, with complimentary dinner and drinks. The staff at the food station and bar were friendly and the unlimited Pepsi machine was a great addition. The continental breakfast was sufficient to start the day.

The hotel did not have enough information about city sites and restaurants in the room, which would have been helpful. The check-in and check-out process was not accommodating, as they did not have a handicap accessible bath ready and did not allow for earlier check-in or later check-out times.

The location is perfect for being in a busy area but still very quiet at night, and it was super close to everything we wanted to see. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was very close to everything that we wanted to see in this city. We were able to easily access the attractions in the area, including the State Fair. The breakfast provided was great with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Brendan, who allowed us to check in later and even signed us up for the gold key club. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kids loved the waffles too!

The second bed in our room was too close to the wall, making it difficult to walk between them. I actually fell off the bed and got wedged between the bed and the wall.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this well-managed and maintained property. Despite some issues with the television, the management was quick to resolve the problem. The fitness room and pool were nice, and our room was clean and comfortable. The evening kickback and breakfast were delicious. we highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites for any visit to the area.
