The room was immaculate, and the bathroom floor was so pristine that I happily took off my shoes! The breakfast featured incredible options, and the warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. The evening Kickback with free snacks and drinks was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay!

Wow, the evening Kickback was a lekker surprise! Free drinks and snacks after a long day? Ja, please! Plus, the staff were so friendly, always keen to help out – felt like I was at a fam kuier spot. Oh, and that comfy bed? I could sleep like a baby!

Only thing was that the breakfast could've been a bit more exciting – don’t get me started on missing bacon!

The evening drinks and hors d’oeuvres were a surprise delight! Add to that clean and cozy rooms, and attentive staff like Roxanne and Zoe who went out of their way to make us feel at home. My son was thrilled with the whole experience!

But let’s spice this up. Arriving to find the elevator out of service for two weeks wasn't great. Climbing to the 4th floor with bags galore turned into my own mini workout, and searching for ice became a treasure hunt since it’s only in the lobby. A little inconvenient, but the stay still sparkled overall.

The evening Kickback was a fantastic setup with a varied spread of options like baked potatoes, soups, and free drinks, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Also, the pool was just the right temperature for a refreshing dip at any hour—couldn't ask for more on that front.

Unfortunately, I encountered some annoyances with ongoing renovations that led to unexpected room allocation issues, landing on the third floor instead of my requested first. The breakfast spread could use an upgrade, as not having bacon was a letdown and some food items were served at less-than-ideal temperatures. Additionally, the hotel seemed crowded during meal times which made finding seating a bit tricky. Not to mention, I noticed a few odd maintenance oversights that could use attention, like lighting issues in the room that didn’t help the overall atmosphere.

We had a fabulous stay at Drury Inn and Suites St Louis Collinsville! It's like finding a pearl in a sea of roadside motels. From the delightful breakfast cooked by the ever-smiling Adeline to the comfort of our spacious Queen Suite with Sofa Bed—everything felt like a warm hug. The staff were so attentive that I half-expected them to offer me a monthly subscription! The evening Kickback was a fun bonus. imagine a happy hour in a resort but with a family-friendly twist! Free food and drinks? Sign me up! Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the zoo, which made for a great day of family fun. The well-stocked, high-quality amenities made it a breeze to settle in. Who knew a roadside hotel could deliver this kind of upscale experience?

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making sure all our needs were met immediately. The indoor pool was great for relaxing after our day of soccer , and the complimentary drinks during the evening were a nice touch.
