Outstanding Staff Service and Historical Charm

The historic charm of the renovated Board of Education building added a unique touch to the overall experience. While the paid parking was a downside, the central location, cleanliness, and included amenities made it a great choice for our visit to Cleveland.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff here is top-notch, always ready to assist with a smile. the meals included were a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options that left even my picky eater satisfied. the location is superb, close to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, giving us easy access to explore the city. the view from our room of the memorial plaza was breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.

While my stay was mostly great, I did notice that the daily parking fee was on the higher end. It might be beneficial for the hotel to offer more affordable parking options for guests, especially those on longer road trips.
