I had an amazing stay at a brand new hotel with fantastic amenities. The pool, hot tub, and splash pad were all beautiful and perfect for families. The exercise room was well-equipped, and the free breakfast and dinner meals were a real treat. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in and late check-out. The Disney Springs and WDW shuttles were convenient and not crowded. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The location was perfect for us, with easy access to all the theme parks and shopping centers. There was so much to do outside of the theme parks, like lounging by the lovely outdoor swimming pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi. We also appreciated the shuttle service provided, which made transportation a breeze. The staff here were amazing, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean, the area was great, and we even had a view of the fireworks from our room on the third floor. The employee who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it was a nice perk to have healthy meal options available. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Disney Springs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant by accommodating our large group of 16 people and 2 pets. The rooms were spacious and the price was reasonable. we had a wonderful experience and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved the amenities and food at this hotel. the banquet style buffets were amazing and made me feel like I was at a five-star hotel without the high room rates. the staff were friendly and always attentive to our needs. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

One was the lack of housekeeping for the entire duration of my 5-night stay. there was an inconvenient evacuation at night, disrupting our peaceful evening.

One minor issue was the slippery shower, which could be dangerous. It would be helpful to have some non-slip mats or grips to prevent accidents.
