The staff is extremely nice and kind. The room is clean and sanitized with nice touches like a personalized cleaning/sanitizing note and wrapped remote controls. The suite has plenty of room and comfortable seating. There are many restaurants and things to do in the immediate area.

Lovely hotel. Clean, roomy, extremely kind and competent staff- an oasis on a very long road trip. After a quiet snooze in a wonderful bed, I woke up to hot coffee, friendly faces in the restaurant, and a treat for my pup. If you need a good night’s sleep in Paducah, you’ll find it here. Staff was extremely nice and kind. Room was very clean and sanitized with nice touches such as name of person who cleaned/sanitized as well as remotes were wrapped so you knew they were clean. There was plenty of room in the suite as well as comfortable seating. There were a lot of restaurants and things to do in the immediate area. We didn't get down to the indoor pool area but it looked nice and inviting. Overall it was a nice stay with very welcoming and friendly staff.

The kickback was enjoyable, with a comfortable bed and separate living space in the room. Liked the pool and fitness center. Elevators and smoking area were convenient. Breakfast had real eggs and dinner had great liquor drinks. Personal favorite was the virgin daiquiri. Personnel always pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms, nicely decorated. Good food service and drinks. Popcorn was a plus. Thick towels, many outlets, and great beds and pillows. Environmentally friendly toiletries. Convenient water availability for coffee. Enjoyed the stay and rebooked on the return trip. Night owl-friendly room setup.

This hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The room is spacious with comfortable seating and nice touches like sanitized remotes. The staff is friendly and there are many facilities like a nice indoor pool and a fitness center. Additionally, the amazing hot breakfast and dinner buffets have fresh and numerous options.

The bathroom vanity is small for the size of the suite and there are no cleaning supplies provided for the "kitchenette" sink area.

We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with key information about the area and made our stay feel personalized. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and activities. Plus, we enjoyed the indoor pool that offered a great way to relax and unwind.

Although the rooms were nice, we found the space to be rather small for our liking. This became especially noticeable in the bathroom, which lacked sufficient space to move around comfortably.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like the names of the individuals who cleaned and sanitized it. The comfortable seating and ample space in the suite made it perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby. I didn't have the chance to use the indoor pool, but it looked inviting. I had a wonderful stay with friendly staff.
