Our stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by beautifully landscaped grounds and a friendly front desk person. The lobby was comfortable and a great place to relax. The rooms were by far the best we have ever stayed in - they were clean, updated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had the best sleep ever! The airport shuttle was convenient and always on time. We will definitely be returning whenever we fly out of Raleigh. we highly recommend this hotel.

They were very accommodating and attentive to all my needs. The room with the king bed was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great. Lastly, the included breakfast was perfect, with an early start time at 4:30 am, which was great since I had a morning meeting.

The noise from airplanes flying overhead was quite loud, especially during the night. The hotel seemed understaffed, which led to longer wait times at the front desk and a shortage of plates at the breakfast buffet.
